Step 1: Schedule Your Pickup

The process starts with a quick call or online request. We’ll work with you to set a pickup time that fits your schedule, whether you need a one-time removal or recurring service. For high-volume locations, we can arrange regular retrievals to ensure your space stays clear.

Step 2: On-Site Pallet Collection

On the scheduled day, our team arrives at your location to load the pallets quickly and safely. We can collect pallets from loading docks, storage areas, or other designated spots, minimizing disruption to your daily operations. Please note that our drivers will not pick-up pallets by hand. The warehouse must have equipment to load pallets onto our trucks.

We retrieve:

• Standard 48x40 pallets

• Custom or off-sized pallets

• Broken or damaged pallets

• Mixed wood pallets

Step 3: Pallet Sorting & Recycling

Once retrieved, the pallets are brought to our facility in Miami. There, we sort them to determine whether they can be repaired and reused or should be broken down for recycling.

• Reusable pallets are inspected, repaired, and put back into circulation for other businesses.

• Non-reusable pallets are dismantled, and the wood is recycled to create new pallets or other wood products.

This process helps reduce waste, conserve resources, and keep pallets out of landfills.

Step 4: Reporting & Buy-Back Options

For customers who qualify, we offer a pallet buy-back program, meaning you can get paid for the pallets we retrieve.  We’ll discuss this option before pickup so you know which pallets have value and how the program works. We can also offer you a credit towards future purchases for the pallets collected.
